FAQ



What time can you check-in?

You will receive a phone call on the day of your reservation to confirm your arrival time. We are available to welcome you between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. If you arrive outside this time slot, we will provide you with access codes so that you can check in independently.


Do we offer dining services?

From Monday to Thursday , you can enjoy a homemade, seasonal menu, prepared by Pierre, our chef. The menu consists of three individually plated dishes (starter, main course, cheese, or dessert) and will be stored in the kitchen refrigerator for you. When you're ready to dine, simply take your plates, heat up your main course, and settle into the dining room. A wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is also available self-service. Prefer to dine out? You’ll find nearby restaurant recommendations on the map below.


-> Orders must to be done when we call you in the morning, the day of your arrival. No need to order before. Orders must be done before noon.


-> From Friday to Sunday , we offer a range of individual starters and mains in jars from a local producer, ready to be heated in the microwave. No reservation needed, jars are self-service.  Starters range from €8.00 to €11.00; mains (vegetarian option available) are €10.00.


Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, breakfast is always included.


Can you bring your pet?

Dogs are welcome with a €15.00/day surcharge (maximum 1 dog per room). We kindly ask that you do not leave your dog unattended in the room and that it remains on a leash in the garden. Waste bags must never be left behind on the property.


What time is check-out?

Your room must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Is parking available?

A spacious private parking area is available free of charge, with the option to charge an electric vehicle on request (standard plug).


Do you have shelter for motorbikes or bicycles?

Upon request, we can provide access to an outbuilding next to the house.

Can an extra bed be added to the room?

We can provide a baby cot upon request for €20 per night. For an extra bed (90 x 200 cm), please contact us in advance, as not all rooms can accommodate one.


Can we cancel or modify our booking ?

All reservations require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit has been successfully processed. If payment is declined, the reservation will not be considered valid. The remaining balance is automatically charged 15 days before the arrival date. Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made at least 15 days before the arrival date. If a cancellation occurs less than 15 days before arrival, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total stay cost will be charged.

➡ At the roundabout, follow signs for Saint-Angel on the D1089

➡ Drive through the village of Saint-Angel

➡ Turn right (just after the bakery) towards Meymac on the D979

➡ Immediately turn right again towards Chaveroche on the D88

➡ Drive 2.5 km

➡ The entrance will be on your right
